Your Law School Discussion Forum to Have Your Questions Answered by Real Lawyers.

Our law school discussion forum is the place for all of your pre law concerns and questions regarding law school, how to become a lawyer, what it is like to practice law, and what type of law might fit your personality.

Please feel free to post questions, comment on someone else’s question, and discuss anything on your mind. Those already in law school are also welcome to post their own observations and experiences.

Remember, the more you help others, the more you help yourself (both in terms of Karma and keeping the issues fresh in your mind or giving yourself a new perspective).

We only ask that you do not post your law school personal statement on this law school discussion board. Instead we have another page totally dedicated to that issue where you can post your law school personal statement and we will review it for free here!

Do not be afraid to ask any question no matter how basic… basic fundamental questions are often the best questions because they force everyone (even experts) to really examine the importance of conceptual understanding associated with the process (or meat and potatoes) of becoming a lawyer, choosing a type of law to practice, and practicing law.

You don’t have to enter your email if you do not want, you just have to check back in a day or so and you will have an answer to your question... Or you can leave your email and we will notify you when your question has been answered.

The rules of the forum are quite simple… be respectful to everyone, and feel free to ask any question no matter how basic!

FINALLY, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY ANSWERS TO POSTED QUESTIONS ARE NOT INTENDED AS LEGAL ADVICE, BUT INSTEAD ARE INTENDED AS CAREER ADVICE! Submitting a question on this forum indicates your agreement that all provided answers are never intended as legal advice.
